- On a scale of 1-10, how apparent was it I didn't vote..? with 1 being "definitely not", and 10 being "we don't really know"?
- Was it a rumour started in the office that I didn't vote..?
- Did my mother/girlfriend/ etc... tell on me..?
- You get the idea... get creative...
So why the softly softly approach..? Does the purported "AUSTRALIAN ELECTORAL COMMISSION" having Australian Business Number 21 133 285 851 and Dun & Bradstreet DUNS number: 750020034 need your consent to send you an invoice... er... fine..?
Do they want you to write back and sign a Declaration to incriminate yourself..? I thought that wasn't possible..? Isn't the burden of proof on the accuser.. you know, reasonable doubt and all the other 'Perry Mason' style legal precedent..?
Did you really vote..? Was non attendance at a polling place, hosted by the "AUSTRALIAN ELECTORAL COMMISSION", your vote against those pretending to represent the people..? So who says not attending their polling place was not voting..?

What if we couldn't find the "Australian Government" in the Constitution of 1900..?
What if the Act that the Electoral Commission rely upon - an amendment to the original Electoral Act - came from the "Parliament of Australia"..?
What if the Governor-General who ascribed Royal Assent to the Electoral Act amendments came from a PARALLEL Office of Governor-General..?
The likelihood of a legitimate Electoral Commission seems small...oops!!
And given the Electoral Commission falls under the "Australian Government"... there's a risk that voting could be considered aiding and abetting an organisation that's not constitutional... oops!!
In that instance.. could we simply write to the purported "AUSTRALIAN ELECTORAL COMMISSION" and thank them for evidence you DID NOT aid and abet a criminal organisation..?
You were looking for the election for the "Government of the Commonwealth"... right..? I couldn't find that one on the 9th of Sept 2013... could you..?

I agree to an extent that voting contributes. However, the way I see consent is it requires TWO elements:
- Your consent is VOLUNTARY, and
- Your consent is INFORMED
If you had a gun held to your head and forced to sign, else have your life terminated, you have not consented. FORCE was involved. If 25 pages of information about the agreement you signed were withheld, deceptively, you have not consented. There was no full disclosure.
